Registered Nurse (RN) – Riverview Village Full-time and Part-Time Days Available Full-time Nights Available Schedule: Day Shift: 6am–6:30pm Night Shift: 6pm–6:30am Pay: $37–$40/hr based on experience Shift Differential for Nights & Weekends As a Registered Nurse , you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Skills Needed: Supportive Presence: Creating a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents. Leadership : Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents. Collaboration: The ability to work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care. Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents. Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements: Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
