HR Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client with a temporary HR Assistant opportunity based out of Redmond. This role will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract opportunity. This position will be focusing on administrative support for the HR and office team, including but not limited to greeting employees and visitors at the front desk, phone and email correspondence, scheduling as needed, and assisting with event management and coordination. This role will also be assisting the HR with recruiting functions throughout the hiring process such as scheduling candidate interviews and onboarding. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working well independently and proactively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree strongly desired, High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years administrative or human resources experience
- Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to multiple tasks throughout the day
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
