Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

Under the general supervision of the Territory Services Manager:

1. Responsible for maintaining a safe driving record and for the safe loading/unloading and transporting of Ryko chemicals to customer job sites/locations.

2. Responsible for the legible and correct completion of the driver's trip log and all applicable paperwork pertaining to the transport and delivery of chemicals, parts, and equipment.

3. Responsible for knowing and adhering to all applicable state laws pertaining to the company vehicle's use.

4. Responsible for maintaining good customer relations while performing delivery duties and during any customer telephone communications, wear a company uniform, and present a positive company image.

5. Responsible for monitoring the maintenance needs and requirements of the RYKO vehicle, obtaining and documenting same on a timely basis.

6. Assist in the warehouse loading trucks.

7. Assist parts department manager with assigned duties

8. Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the RYKO field sales and service facilities and perform other miscellaneous duties as directed.

9. Responsible for following all policies and procedures pertaining to RYKO’s Quality System.

Required Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations within the past 5 years; no preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 years
•No impaired driving convictions, pending charges, or test refusals within the past 5 years
•Ability to route and deliver orders efficiently
•Proficiency in maintaining transportation documents
•Ability to interact well with customers and fellow employees
•Knowledge of, or ability to learn and apply appropriate safety procedures
•Must be able to speak, understand, and write English

Work Environment:

Will work inside and outside for extended periods while exposed to various weather conditions.

Will occasionally be exposed to moving machinery, loud noises, and vibration.
