The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment. Pay: $20/hour Key Responsibilities of the Housekeeper: * Provides daily cleaning for all of the operations including but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities, both on-course and inside the clubhouse. * Performs light and heavy cleaning including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans and ashtrays. * Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. * Implement inventory control measures for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. * Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events requiring additional housekeeping support. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial services. Experience: * Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry is preferred. * Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment used in hotel or industrial cleaning environments. * Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests. * Familiarity with custodial practices and safety regulations within the hospitality sector.
