PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company. We are hiring a Production Operator for a weekend shift opportunity.

Shift: 4th Shift | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday - Sunday
Pay Rate: $22.80/hr

Weekend Shift Bonus:

• Work 35.75 hours and receive an additional 4 hours of pay.
• Weekend employees are paid for 40 hours while working a 36-hour weekend schedule.
• Candidates must complete training on alternate shifts during their first several weeks, which may include weekday training or weekend daytime hours.

Production Operator Summary:

• Operate manufacturing equipment to convert raw materials into finished products.
• Monitor production processes and perform in-process testing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production records and inventory documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous production operations.
• Follow established procedures and work instructions in a manufacturing environment.
• Support production schedules and material flow to meet customer demand.

Production Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment used in the production process.
• Monitor raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to ensure production requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and production documentation.
• Perform in-process quality checks, including hardness, weight, variation, pH, and moisture content testing.
• Recognize equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot production issues to maintain efficiency.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and subassembly layouts as required.
• Track production orders, completed work, and inventory levels.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to learn and follow established work instructions and procedures
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to identify and communicate production or equipment issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work the assigned weekend schedule
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
