Job Description The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our clients and ensuring that our products are running efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of technology and company products. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot our products on-site or in office Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on our products Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify and resolve customer issues Create and maintain technical documentation and service manuals Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, electrical or mechanical field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently Extensive travel (including international travel) and that doing machine assemblies in the field is also required Organizational Impact Works to achieve operational, functional, and/or business targets within team with major impact on departmental or job family results, using extensive technical principles Seasoned technical contributor; works under limited supervision Works independently on a wide range of moderately complex projects and may be responsible for entire projects or processes within team May contribute to the development of goals and planning efforts for the department Communication & Influence Communicate with senior leadership and employees within and outside of department and/or job family on matters that require explanation, interpretation and/or advising; may communicate with external clients or partners depending upon the job area Influences employees within the business unit to agree and align new concepts, practices and approaches Innovation & Complexity Responsible for moderate significant improvements of technical/business processes, procedures, or systems to contribute to the performance of the team Problems are moderately complex, requiring application of broad and deep experience and technical expertise, and may impact on multiple departments.
