Overview Casa De Oro Center is hiring a Full‑Time Occupational Therapist (OT). $10,000 bonus eligible. We are committed to high‑quality, patient‑centered care and partner with Genesis Healthcare. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver occupational therapy services to facilitate patient recovery. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and make referrals when needed. Adapt treatment plans to meet the evolving needs of patients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an accredited occupational therapy curriculum (ACOTE). Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice. Compensation Hourly rate: $40.00 – $55.00. Bonus: $10,000.00. #J-18808-Ljbffr
