Forklift Operator – Warehouse Operations

Our client is looking for an experienced, safety-minded Forklift Operator to be a key part of their warehouse team. If you take pride in doing things right, enjoy staying active on the job, and have solid forklift experience under your belt, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment — with room to grow your responsibilities along the way (including the option to get behind the wheel of a company Bobtail truck, no prior experience required).

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing materials, inventory, and shipments
  
• Load, unload, pick, pack, label, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment
  
• Process inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and support cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory audits
  
• Organize and consolidate inventory and pallets to keep the warehouse running efficiently
  
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
  
• Spot and report discrepancies, shortages, damages, or safety concerns
  
• Support material transfers and deliveries — including operating a company Class C Bobtail truck once trained and qualified
  
• Complete routine equipment and vehicle inspections, and keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
  
• Cross-train across other functions as business needs evolve
  

What You Bring

• 4-5 years of hands-on forklift operating experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar setting
  
• A strong safety mindset and dependable, reliable work ethic
  
• Comfort working independently and staying accurate with inventory records
  
• Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
  
• Bobtail truck experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right candidate
