Coordinate patient flow and communicate key clinical information during handoffs. Prepare patients for procedures and verify required documentation and consents as applicable. Provide post-procedure education and reinforce care instructions as directed by the care team. Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures and report changes promptly.
