About the Role: As a CBRE Lease Administration Associate, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining leases. This includes resolving client operational and payment related issues. This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services. What You’ll Do: * Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants to ensure the payments of rent and property taxes are paid in a timely manner. * Assist with the transition of new and existing accounts. Solve critical client issues related to payment transactions, lease terms, etc. * Assist with the preparation of reports. * Help perform quality control review of administered leases. Correct any verifications and updates to meet required lease related compliance and reporting. * Gather and review data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. * Assess and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. * Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval. * Evaluate and select solutions from established options. * Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided. * Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance. What You’ll Need: * High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. * A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. * Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. * In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. * Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. * Complex math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
