Position Overview We are seeing a Weekend/Evening OperationsSupervisor who will play a key leadership role within ourOperationsteam, supporting theOperationalDirector in driving efficiency and performance throughout the fulfillment process. This onsite position is responsible for overseeing dailyoperationsand ensuring seamless execution in alignment with our mission to improve healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day fulfillmentoperationsto ensure accuracy, timeliness, and productivity. Report directly to theOperationalDirector and collaborate closely on key departmental objectives. Lead team members by setting clear expectations, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress. Manage inventory to support fulfillment timelines andoperationalgoals. Coach and develop staff through feedback, training, and performance oversight. Partner with the Customer Success team to resolve service issues and support customer satisfaction. Continuously assess workflows and implement improvements for greater efficiency. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through open communication. Required Qualifications: Experience in asupervisoryor leadership role withinoperations, fulfillment, or a similar environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency withoperationssoftware and digital tools. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to work Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 4 pm and Monday through Wednesday from 4 pm - Midnight Preferred Qualifications: Inspiring and supportive leadership style.
