You run a quick inspection, pinpoint a brake imbalance, swap worn components, verify suspension health, chase down an electrical gremlin in the lighting circuit, and close out the job with accurate records—all while teaming up with pros who care about uptime and safety as much as you do. What you’ll tackle

• Inspect, repair, and maintain trailers to meet safety and performance standards
• Diagnose and correct issues with brakes, suspension, lighting, and hydraulics
• Handle routine maintenance: tire changes, brake inspections, lubrication
• Keep precise service records and follow all safety regulations
• Work closely with teammates to reduce downtime and boost efficiency

What you bring

• 3–5 years as a trailer mechanic/technician
• Deep knowledge of trailer systems: brakes, suspension, electrical, hydraulics
• CDL or trade certifications are a plus, not a must
• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment—this is hands-on work
• A safety-first, quality-driven, team-focused mindset
