Responsibilities
- Perform final inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Complete AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) reports accurately and maintain inspection documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges.
- Conduct minor rework activities and verify product compliance before release.
- Identify and document non-conforming materials and support corrective actions.
- Review certifications and customer deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain inspection records, yield data, and perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Support production teams while following AS9100 requirements and safety standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102 standards.
- Shift - 2nd shift
