Job Skills / Requirements
Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week
- 1st Shift: 3PM-11:30PM
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
- $17.00/hr
Job duties:
Responsible for participating in cleaning and overseeing our janitorial team in completion of all tasks on site. Cleaning areas include restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets, labs, guard shack, fitness center. Routine building cleaning
- Restroom cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter
- Sanitizing surfaces
Floor Care
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Vacuuming/Dusting
Stocking supply rooms
Patrolling the fence line
This position requires a lot of walking and multiple trips up and down stairs to service the restrooms throughout the facility.
Requirements:
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Must have previous lead or supervisor experience
- Need to have computer experience to perform audits
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
- Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants.
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
