Job Description Job Description Job Title: Line Lead Responsibilities Set up and operate production machines to produce, assemble, and inspect filter products. Apply products onto thermal welding or end capping machines. Ensure production process runs smoothly and efficiently. Use test fixtures to test completed filters for pressure, airflow, and leaks. Cross-train on multiple machines and inspection stations. Perform visual quality inspections and document results for the quality department. Load and unload machines with rolls weighing 30 pounds. Set machine specifications such as tension, back tension, and pressures with guidance from engineering. Record materials and products used in the Oracle ERP system. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bloomington, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
