Product Manager | Remote United States | Eastern Time Alignment | Up to 15 Percent Travel

White Cup is looking for a commercially minded Product Manager who wants meaningful ownership without layers of bureaucracy. Working directly with senior leadership, customers, and distributed product and engineering teams, you will turn market insight and business priorities into clear product direction for our CRM and BI solutions.

This role calls for strong product judgment, a bias toward clarity, and the ability to connect product choices to adoption, retention, and revenue. Your work will be visible, consequential, and closely connected to how our customers and business succeed.

White Cup provides CRM and business intelligence software that helps distributors grow revenue, improve processes, and turn data into action. We are a remote B2B SaaS company where individual judgment matters and strong contributors have visible impact.

What You Will Own

· Product strategy and priorities. Own the vision, positioning, roadmap, and core workflows for White Cup CRM and BI. Make clear tradeoffs across customer value, business goals, market opportunities, and technical constraints.

· AI-enabled customer value. Identify and apply practical AI capabilities to CRM, BI, and business workflows, translating emerging technology into useful, commercially relevant product experiences.

· Pricing and monetization. Help shape SaaS pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies that connect product value to adoption, retention, and sustainable revenue growth.

· Customer and market insight. Develop a deep understanding of our customers and market. Turn input from customers, Sales, Support, Services, and leadership into focused product opportunities.

· Distributed execution. Provide decisive direction to execution-focused product team members and partner effectively with offshore engineering and product teams on feature definitions, sprint scope, release plans, and outcomes.

What You Bring

· At least three years of product management or product ownership experience in B2B software.

· Strong familiarity with CRM, BI, ERP, or comparable systems used by industrial, distribution, operations, or sales teams.

· Demonstrated ownership of product direction, prioritization, and commercially meaningful decisions.

· Experience applying AI capabilities to CRM, BI, or business workflows.

· Experience with SaaS product pricing, packaging, or monetization.

· Experience working effectively with offshore engineering and product teams.

· Clear communication of product choices, tradeoffs, and commercial rationale; a bachelor's degree or

equivalent practical experience.

Experience in industrial distribution, B2B sales workflows, legacy-product modernization, or tools such as Aha, Jira, and Figma will help you stand out.

Location and Working Hours

This is a remote U.S. position. Candidates must either be based in the Eastern time zone or be willing and able to maintain working hours aligned with Eastern Time. Reliable overlap with our India-based engineering and product teams is an essential part of the role. Occasional travel of up to approximately 15 percent may be required.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000. Individual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and alignment with the role's requirements.
