RECOGNITION - Everyone loves to be recognized. Recognition reinforces great behaviors. Noticing great behaviors is harder to do consistently than only pointing out what they do wrong. The PIN program works great for this. Praise in Public, Coach in the closet.

EDUCATION - Learning should never stop. What we learn from our guests, employees, and leaders makes our company strong. A great listener is usually the smartest person in the room.

DEVELOPMENT - Molding a team member to be their best requires constant feedback. Everyone want to know how they are doing, both positively and negatively. 5 minute feedback is a tool to give direction and development.

Our General Managers must maintain the highest standards of Friendliness and Cleanliness as well as financial results. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Responsible for cash handling and deposits, inventory, scheduling, purchasing and payroll validation. Labor laws understanding and compliance.
• Must be able to lift up to 15-20 lbs which is required for putting away inventory and stocking.
• Must have working knowledge of computers.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff.
• Must have a Certified Professional Food Manager certificate.
• A college degree is preferred. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
• GM's will be scheduled minimum 5 days and 45 hours per week.

Bilingual a plus
