This leadership role is responsible for operational performance, customer satisfaction, financial results, business development, and team growth while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all regional operations and administrative functionsLead and develop operations, project management, and sales teamsDrive project profitability through effective cost control, estimating, purchasing, subcontract management, and invoicingEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standardsHire, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a positive team cultureSupport sales and operations by resolving complex project, contract, and customer issuesAssign projects and balance workloads across teamsReview and approve vendor and subcontractor qualifications and performancePartner with regional and national sales teams to drive business growthDevelop new client relationships within the multifamily construction marketMaintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communicationReview contracts, monitor project progress, and oversee billing and collectionsInvestigate and resolve client concerns promptly and professionallyReview weekly operational and sales performance reportsQualificationsConstruction industry experience required; multifamily construction experience strongly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseAbility to travel up to 50% as neededExperience with Procore, Sage, NAV, or similar construction management software preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsExcellent customer service and relationship management abilitiesProven ability to make sound business decisions and solve complex operational challengesExperience managing multiple teams, projects, and client relationships in a fast-paced construction environment
