Physician Assistant or nurse practitioner Opportunities – Cardiothoracic Surgery Orange County Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons, Inc. (OCTCS) is seeking two motivated Physician Assistants to join our growing cardiothoracic surgery team. We are recruiting for one Operating Room Physician Assistant and one Cardiac Surgery Service Physician Assistant as part of our continued expansion. OCTCS is the largest private cardiothoracic surgery practice in Orange County, California, with three primary practice locations serving North, Central, and South Orange County. Collectively, our programs perform approximately 650 open‑heart surgeries annually. Operating Room Physician Assistant Second assist in cardiac surgical procedures Experience with endoscopic vein and radial artery harvesting Cardiac Surgery Service Physician Assistant or nurse practitioner Daily inpatient management of cardiothoracic surgery patients in CICU and on wards Coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and follow‑up Assist in maintaining continuity of care across multiple hospital sites Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional maturity Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach to patient care Self‑motivated and eager to learn Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high-acuity environment Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/NP program NCCPA certification required California PA license Cardiothoracic surgery experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
