Our Company Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation Overview $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time/ Salary - San Antonio, TX Who We're Looking For Experienced PT seeking a full‑time, salaried role with a flexible schedule Passion for functional, client‑centered therapy in home and community settings Help patients return to meaningful activities such as cooking, shopping, dining out, recreation, and work Values flexibility, autonomy, and interdisciplinary collaboration Neurorehabilitation experience preferred (TBI, CVA, SCI, neurological conditions) What You'll Receive Competitive full‑time salary (not paid per visit) $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Free CEUs and complimentary MedBridge subscription Flexible schedule designed around you, with no weekends required One‑on‑one patient care with the ability to complete documentation and care coordination remotely Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, HSA/FSA options, employee assistance programs, and wellness incentives Career growth and advancement opportunities within a nationally recognized neurorehabilitation organization Responsibilities What you will do: Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans Regularly re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes Qualifications What you will need: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university with accredited Physical Therapy program Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist by state in which practicing Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance state regulations A minimum of one year’s work experience as a physical therapist preferred Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions Ability to lift 50 pounds Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods Additional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times A health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on the specific location policy, local or state regulations to verify that he/she is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations #J-18808-Ljbffr BrightSpring Health Services
