URGENT: Housekeeper Wanted - Residential House Cleaner — San Antonio Area & Surrounding Areas

XX Standard is looking for experienced, dependable residential cleaning professionals and established cleaning teams to serve customers throughout San Antonio and select surrounding communities. We are building a network of cleaning professionals who take pride in detailed work, professional communication, reliability, and consistently completing the agreed service scope. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an hourly cleaning position. Compensation Cleaning professionals generally receive approximately 50–55% of the collected service amount, depending on the service and arrangement. Additional compensation may apply where applicable, including customer gratuities and other approved service-related payments. Service areas Opportunities may be available throughout: San Antonio Boerne Bulverde / Spring Branch Canyon Lake New Braunfels Schertz / Cibolo and surrounding approved service areas. You can indicate the areas you are willing to service during the application process. What we’re looking for Applicants should have professional residential cleaning experience or equivalent demonstrated ability and should be comfortable delivering consistently detailed work in customers’ homes. You must have reliable transportation, a smartphone with dependable service, and the supplies and equipment necessary to perform accepted services. We are especially interested in professionals who communicate well, arrive within agreed service windows, follow service instructions carefully, respect customers’ homes, and can identify and communicate issues rather than ignoring them. Individual cleaners and established cleaning teams may apply. Independent contractor requirements Cleaning professionals operate independently and are responsible for maintaining the equipment, transportation, business records, insurance, licenses, and other requirements applicable to their independent business. Applicants may be asked to provide identification, references, proof of insurance where required, and information necessary to complete XX Standard’s onboarding and eligibility process. A background screening may also be required before accepting service opportunities.
