Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and emotional well-being, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are specifically tailored to meet each client's unique goals and requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor and track clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.
• Offer crisis intervention and support, addressing urgent client needs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a high level of integrity in documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
