Conduct demand planning and forecasting to anticipate future needs, balancing inventory levels with production requirements using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools. Lead cross‑functional meetings to communicate schedule updates, resolve conflicts, and ensure all departments are aligned on priorities. Skills Extensive experience in supply chain management within aerospace or defense manufacturing environments. Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle for planning and scheduling activities. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques to optimize workflows and reduce lead times. Expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management strategies. Solid understanding of MRP systems and production planning processes to support complex manufacturing operations.
