Senior Human Resources Generalist# Senior Human Resources GeneralistHeadquarters - BORDENTOWN, NJ 08505## OverviewSalary Range$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary/year## DescriptionThe Senior HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting and administering a broad range of human resources programs and initiatives. This position requires strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits and retirement plan administration, performance management, HR compliance, and policy development. The role serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers while ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and internal control requirements**Duties*** Administer employee benefit programs, retirement plans, and related employee inquiries.* Process and administer payroll, including employee changes, audits, payroll reconciliations, and payroll-related inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.* Administer the Company's 401(k) plan, including enrollments, contribution changes, loan requests, distributions, and coordination with third-party plan administrators.* Support recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.* Conduct new employee onboarding and assist with training and development initiatives.* Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters and assist in resolving employee relations issues.* Promote HR programs and initiatives that contribute to an efficient, productive, and positive work environment.* Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.* Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, employee development planning, and annual performance review administration.* Assist with the collection and reporting of HR metrics and workforce data to support business needs and compliance requirements.* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HRIS and personnel files while ensuring data integrity.* Maintain HR and payroll documentation in accordance with company policies and internal control requirements, including support for SOX compliance and internal and external audits.* Enhance employee engagement through issue resolution, recognition initiatives, and employee-focused programs.* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.* Utilize HRIS systems to support payroll, benefits administration, reporting, and HR operations## Qualifications* Proven experience as an HR Generalist* Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures* Good knowledge of employment/labor laws* Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PayCom) will be a plus* Excellent communication and people skills* Aptitude in problem-solving* Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach* BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field* Additional HR training will be a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr NWL, Inc.
