UKG Go-Live Elbow Support Analyst (Contract)Position SummaryWe are seeking a UKG Go-Live Elbow Support Analyst to provide onsite support during a UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementation and go-live. The ideal candidate will assist end users during deployment, answer functional questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth transition to the new workforce management system.This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM modules, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced go-live environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide "at-the-elbow" support to managers, supervisors, and employees during UKG go-live. Perform biometric enrollment and registration for employees using UKG InTouch DX 4100 and DX 4600 time clocks, ensuring successful fingerprint authentication and device functionality. Troubleshoot biometric enrollment issues, authentication failures, and time clock connectivity problems. Answer functional questions and guide users through UKG workflows. Troubleshoot system issues and determine whether problems are user-related, configuration-related, or technical. Document issues, defects, and enhancement requests using the client's ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to the UKG configuration, technical, or integration teams. Validate reported issues and confirm resolution with end users. Support testing and verification of production fixes during go-live. Communicate status updates and recurring issues to project leadership. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and knowledge articles. Provide exceptional customer service while working under tight implementation timelines. Required QualificationsMust have hands-on experience performing biometric registration and fingerprint enrollment on UKG InTouch DX 4100 and DX 4600 time clocks.2+ years of experience supporting UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) or UKG Workforce Central (Kronos). Experience supporting at least one UKG implementation or go-live.
