- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards.
- Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion.
- Collect and analyze relevant patient data to determine care needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans to attain health outcomes.
- Foster a safe, healing, and humane environment for patients and families.
- Provide learning opportunities and health information to patients and team members.
- Participate in discharge planning for continuity of care.
- Delegate duties appropriately among healthcare team members.


- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Recent experience in an acute care facility preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
- Valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification required.
