Construction Project Manager/Owner’s Authorised Representative (OAR I / OAR II)to oversee major public, educational, and commercial construction projects in Los Angeles.Thisposition offers the chance to lead large-scale developments valued from $10M to $20M+, managing every stage from pre-construction and procurement to final close-out.If you are ready to step into a rewardingrole and make a real impact on major construction projects, apply today and take your career to the next level.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of assigned construction projectsReview design and pre-construction documentsOversee budgets, schedules, and project reportingCoordinate contractors, consultants, and district teamsHandle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administrationMonitor compliance with DSA, BIM, LEED, CHPS, and OSHA standardsLead project staffing, delegation, and priority managementSupport project close-out, certification, and financial completionMaintain strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadershipThe CompanyAt PMCS Group, Inc., we’ve built our reputation on over 70 years of combined industry experience and a team of 130+ professionals with deep expertise in construction, engineering, architecture, and inspection.
