Associate Attorney 2

Associate AttorneyOur Charleston, WV office seeks well-rounded and highly motivated Associate Attorneys for an insurance defense general liability practice. Must be licensed to practice in West Virginia courts. Additional admissions in Kentucky, Ohio and/or Pennsylvania jurisdictions are a plus. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle a variety of general insurance defense litigation matters for nationwide clients with a forward-thinking firm.The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with the following:proactively work independently and as part of a team;demonstrate strong legal research and analytical skills;excellent written and verbal communication skills;strong attention to detail with superb organization and prioritization skills;ability to move from case to case;knowledge of court procedures; and,proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and navigating the internet.Responsibilities include handling a variety different cases.
