Caregiver - Community Based Care

Description Established home care provider seeks experienced caregivers with availability to work from 2:30pm to 11:00pm. We offer our clients a unique method of support by delivering focused, short‑stop, non‑medical care in their homes. We provide the Care Team with consistent 8‑hour shifts and steady weekly schedules. Full‑time as well as part‑time positions are available with hours up to 40+ per week. If you have physical care skills experience, can effectively work independently, have the ability to exercise good judgment and have the discipline to manage your time and schedule well, then our innovative method of delivering in‑home care and support is for you! Compensation $16–$18 per hour Benefits Paid training Ongoing training and support in delivering high quality care Tuition reimbursement toward your further education Requirements Valid driver’s license, reliable access to a car, and active car insurance Position requires bending, lifting, pushing, sitting, standing and walking for extended periods; ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Comfortable with using calendars and email on a computer and smartphone Must be able to speak and understand English Must be authorized to work in the United States Desire to go above and beyond to support your clients and organization Core Values We promise to treat every person with respect, integrity, and compassion.
