Join our Finance team as a Bookkeeper

We're hiring a detail-driven Bookkeeper to own the day-to-day financial operations of a growing managed services company — billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and the monthly reporting our leadership team runs on.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You won't be one of twelve people in a processing queue. You'll manage the full billing cycle, keep our books clean, and work directly with clients and vendors. What You'll Do

• Billing & invoicing — client projects, service agreements, renewals, price increases, and out-of-scope work across QuickBooks and PSA ticketing system
• Accounts receivable — post cash receipts, issue statements, follow up on past-due accounts, and answer client billing questions
• Accounts payable — review corporate card charges, manage vendor mailboxes, convert POs to bills, and track prepaid expenses and accruals
• Payments & banking — ACH pulls, credit card payments, check deposits, vendor/client portal payments, and transfers
• Reconciliations & month-end close — investigate discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and keep the general ledger accurate
• Reporting — monthly department/CAM reports, MRR, margin summaries, and revenue breakdowns for leadership
• Payroll support — assist with domestic and international payroll, special payments, and 401(k) contributions

What You Need

• Accounts payable experience — vendor invoices, PO-to-bill conversion, AP records, prepaids and accruals
• Accounts receivable experience — invoicing, cash application, statements, and collections follow-up
• Account and bank reconciliation experience , including researching and resolving discrepancies
• Month-end close support — journal entries, accruals, and general ledger accuracy
• QuickBooks proficiency
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Sharp attention to detail and the organizational skills to juggle competing deadlines
• Comfort communicating billing and account information clearly to clients, in writing and by phone

Nice to Have

• 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Technology or MSP (managed service provider) industry background
• PSA platform experience
• Payroll processing exposure

The Work Environment

On-site at our Suwanee office during business hours. Climate-controlled, collaborative workspace with frequent in-person and video meetings. The role is primarily stationary (sitting or standing) with constant computer use, and occasionally involves moving office supplies or equipment weighing 10–20 pounds.
