Making a positive impact on the world, one bar at a time, is the core of this role. Responsibilities Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales. Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world‑class customer experience to every customer. Connect with customers, identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open‑ended questions, and demonstrate the unique benefits and features of our products. Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values – fighting animal testing, fresh cosmetics, ethical buying, 100 % vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging – and articulate these values in the shop and through community engagement. Product Passion: Continually expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and keep up‑to‑date on products, ingredients, and unique benefits to confidently make informed product recommendations. Development: Use Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge, support the growth of your team, and increase sales. Take ownership of your development, assess your performance, and seek feedback.
