Compensation Pay Range: $44.10-$63.00 Per Hr
Job Description: Join our team as an IT Project Manager in a hybrid role in King of Prussia, PA. This contract position involves leading complex projects, integrating technology solutions with business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in managing enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple mid-size projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies while balancing priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive enterprise solutions.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies tailored to project needs.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive project management experience in IT environments.
- Proven track record in delivering digital transformation projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in business and technical disciplines.
- Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
