Operations Director

Join our team as a Director of Operations!

As a Director of Operations, you will play a key role in leading our team and driving the success of Chick-fil-A Ontario-Mansfield. This dynamic position gives you the opportunity to oversee a significant area of our business, such as Front of House, Back of House, or Catering. You will develop leaders, strengthen systems, and ensure operational excellence while helping us make every interaction an opportunity to Care, Encourage, and Inspire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of an assigned area, such as Front of House, Back of House, or Catering
• Develop, coach, and support leaders and Team Members within your area of responsibility
• Create and implement effective systems and processes that improve performance and support restaurant growth
• Establish clear goals, monitor results, and take ownership of operational outcomes
• Maintain high standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, speed, and guest experience
• Work alongside the team in restaurant operations while providing hands-on leadership
• Collaborate with the Operator and leadership team to align strategies with the restaurant’s goals
• Help cultivate a positive, people-focused culture rooted in teamwork, growth, and exceptional care

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Three or more years of business or leadership experience (Preferred but not required)
• Restaurant, hospitality, or food-service leadership experience is highly preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated with the initiative to take ownership and follow through
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
