REMA Tip Top North AmericaMadison, GA Join Our Manufacturing Team REMA Tip Top North America is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Batch Maker to join our manufacturing team in Madison, GA. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately mixing raw materials, operating production equipment, and ensuring every batch meets our high standards for quality, consistency, and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to build a long-term career with a growing global company. What You'll Do
- Mix, measure, and prepare raw materials according to production formulas and specifications.
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing.
- Load raw materials into mixers and production equipment.
- Perform machine setup, testing, calibration, and routine adjustments before and during production.
- Monitor production processes and document batch information accurately.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate work order records.
- Ensure hazardous and non-hazardous materials are properly labeled, handled, and stored.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all quality standards, production procedures, and company safety policies.
- Communicate production status and equipment concerns with supervisors and team members.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2+ years of manufacturing, batch mixing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to accurately follow recipes, formulas, and written work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Bend, stoop, twist, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and moving machinery.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, face shields, gloves, aprons, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots.
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday
