Project Manager

**About the role** We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team to oversee and manage various infrastructure and facility projects in Pittsfield, MA. This is a full time onsite role at the client site in Pittsfield, MA. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. **What you'll do** + Work directly with a client's personnel and contractors to manage facility and infrastructure projects. + Work with the onsite team to learn, organize, and utilize a large inventory of site historical operations and property related records and drawings. + Support the onsite operations staff with operational programs such as Emergency Response Plans, Business Continuity Plans, and daily work flow management. + Demonstrate capability to read, understand, and apply standard to sophisticated documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings. + Interface and be in direct contact with the clients to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. + Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients. + Leads project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. + Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings. + Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated. + Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Crafts action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule. + Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk. + Demonstrates ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. + Demonstrates a knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results (larger economic implications, business risk, etc). + Other duties as assigned. **What you'll need** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training. Prior experience working with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients is strongly desired. + Proven track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure or fast-paced environments is preferred. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Office, MS Project and other MS software including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc. + Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. **Disclaimer:** _Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner &Townsend was consolidated into a single global business entity. The minimum salary for this position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $155,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
