Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff Manage, oversee, and operate all aspects of the pharmacy Maintain patient safety and pharmacy professional practice Ensure regulatory requirements and quality assurance Deliver customer service Manage personnel, inventory, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow Adopt and manage patient care programs Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff Identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and improve pharmacy performance Implement solutions and lead the team to achieve specified goals Adapt plans in a dynamic community healthcare setting Collaborate with others and deliver better patient outcomes Align colleagues around purpose and gain support and commitment Contribute to a caring, energetic team culture Apply pharmacy knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors Requirements Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA) Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in pharmacy management, regulatory compliance, and patient care programs while fostering a collaborative team environment to enhance patient outcomes and drive pharmacy performance.
