Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove

12hrs. +Rotating Weekends

Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night

Increased Nursing Shift Differential Pay - Up to $4hr!

About the Role

Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN ) to join our team on our evening shift. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to address their physical and emotional needs

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor residents' responses to medications and treatments

• Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse or other healthcare team members

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve the care we provide

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting; experience with elder care population preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare team members

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
