Equipment MechanicParagon Roofing is seeking a skilled Equipment Mechanic with experience in maintaining and repairing small equipment and engines. This position plays a key role in supporting both our regular maintenance operations and our specialty projects, which include welding, painting, spray equipment (Graco), and custom fabrication.What We're Looking ForWe're in search of an energetic, self-motivated, and reliable individual with:Strong working knowledge of small engine/equipment repair and preventative maintenanceBasic computer skillsA flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to various tasks and responsibilitiesPreferred ExperienceAt least 1 year of relevant mechanic experience preferredWork ScheduleMonday–Friday, with occasional SaturdaysExact work hours to be discussed during the interviewKey ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair small engines and various equipmentPerform routine maintenance and inspectionsAssist with specialty projects including welding, fabrication, and spray equipmentMaintain a clean and organized shop environmentCommunicate effectively with management and team membersSkills & RequirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and under pressureEffective communication with team members and supervisorsValid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screeningMust be able to climb laddersMust provide your own toolsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not requiredBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Career Growth Opportunities"Company" is an Equal Opportunity Employer
