About Exodus & Resilience Exodus & Resilience is a global cultural and educational platform launched in New York City. Our work focuses on three pillars: Exhibitions & Community Spaces itinerant shows combining 70% emerging and 30% established artists, with institutional loans and community participation. Education & Digital Platform innovative programs for schools, universities, and the public, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 4, 10, 11, 16, 17). Philanthropy & Social Impact hybrid revenue model (art sales, sponsorships, philanthropy) under fiscal sponsorship with Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)(3) public charity, ensuring tax-deductible donations in the U.S. We serve migrant and refugee communities, donors committed to cultural equity, and the broader public seeking to build bridges of empathy and social change. We envision a world where art becomes a catalyst for social transformation, building bridges between displaced communities and broader society. By fostering empathy across borders, we empower individuals, institutions, and donors to co-create inclusive futures. Volunteer Opportunity We’re seeking purpose-driven volunteers to support the launch of a global cultural initiative aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Our project combines contemporary art, storytelling, and education to foster resilience, cultural awareness, and social justice. We are currently preparing our first exhibition and educational programs in New York. Volunteer Responsibilities Fundraising (grants, donor outreach, crowdfunding) Marketing & Digital Communications (campaigns, content, design) Strategic Partnerships (NGOs, cultural orgs, educational institutions) Storytelling (social media, branding, visual impact) Ideal Collaborators Proactive, detail-oriented, and inspired by art as a tool for global transformation.
