About This Role
We invite you to join our dynamic team at Country Creek Learning Center, located on a picturesque 5-acre farm just north of Madison, near Sun Prairie and Deforest. Our beautiful natural surroundings, complete with wooded trails, gardens, and a variety of animals, provide the perfect setting for young minds to grow and flourish. What You'll Do- Engage children in activities tailored to their age and interests
- Establish a warm and inclusive environment that makes every child feel welcome
- Provide top-notch care and supervision to all children in our program
- Foster strong relationships with Country Creek families and co-teachers through effective communication
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children to thrive
- Regularly assess children's learning and development to inform our teaching practices
- Passion and dedication to work with young children
- Ability to create and implement lesson plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with young children
- Early Childhood associate degree or relevant experience
- A passion for teaching and learning in a nature-based environment
- A love for spending time outdoors
