Lead Bartender

Position Overview As a Lead Bartender, your top priority is to support your team members and management team to ensure every guest receives exceptional service while being the lead in your assigned area. Responsibilities Support day to day bar operations as directed by management Deliver exceptional beverage service in accordance with company standards Follow proper cash handling procedures Respond to and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise on shift by escalating issues to management Maintain organization and cleanliness of the entire bar. Maintain expert knowledge of our menu, cocktail recipes, and current promotions. Respond appropriately to shift issues or guest concerns and elevate matters to manager Certify team members are pouring and ringing in drinks properly in the POS, and communicate concerns to management Anticipate needs of guests and colleagues, assist without having to be asked.
