Job Title Retail Associate Location 9669 West Broad Street Suite 7 Schedule Full-time, 30-39 hours per week (average 35 hours) Travel Requirement No Wage Hourly: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. Responsibilities Brand Ambassador – Create a welcoming store environment where every guest feels valued, model positivity, professionalism, and the core belief that Happy Employees make Happy Customers. Relationship Builder – Build meaningful connections with guests, team members, and leadership through active listening and thoughtful conversation, guiding interactions toward solutions that meet guest needs and support store performance goals. Product and Services Enthusiast – Confidently sell devices, plans, and services, translating technology into simple, real‑world conversations, staying current on promotions and product updates, and working toward individual and team performance goals. Account Management – Manage guest appointments, review customer accounts, recommend best plans and offers, and serve as a problem solver to ensure accurate, well‑documented accounts and a seamless customer experience. Qualifications High school diploma required. Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (wireless sales preferred). Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Experience operating a POS system with strong transaction accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items. Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary. Compensation & Benefits Minimum Salary: $36,750 Maximum Salary: $46,200 Competitive base pay with potential for shift differential, overtime, and bonus pay.
