Senior Medical Coding Auditor & Revenue Integrity
Northside Hospital
Northside Hospital is seeking a Medical Records Auditor to review documentation and ensure accurate CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding and modifier assignments for patient claims. The Auditor will follow policy for audit schedules and deliver professional reports to physicians and leadership. Responsibilities include applying CMS guidelines, educating staff on coding results, and maintaining a 90%+ accuracy rate while meeting production standards.
