Physician Pathology - Competitive Salary

Job Description A growing pathology team in Altoona, PA is seeking 2 community pathologists to join a hospital-based practice. Fellowship training in cytopathology is preferred, but not required, and candidates must be AP/CP ABMS board certified or board eligible. Position highlights Surgical pathology volume of more than 13,000 cases annually and 3,000 non-gynecologic cytopathology specimens. Join a team of 2 pathologists with night and weekend call shared equally. Specialty pathology consultation and support are available through academic core pathology services in Pittsburgh. Advanced services include immunohistochemistry, imaging, and molecular anatomic pathology.
