Financial Analyst

FP&A Manager Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + Bonus Location: Orlando, FL Why This FP&A Manager Role This position offers the opportunity to join a private equity–backed organization in a high-growth phase, with a lean and highly engaged finance team. The Manager of FP&A will play a hands‑on role supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision support, with regular interaction across senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead financial modeling and analysis supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives Provide financial support for pricing, bids, and RFPs Analyze business performance and deliver insights to leadership Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reporting Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership Perform ad hoc analysis related to growth initiatives and operational performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or corporate finance Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis ERP experience and familiarity with Power BI is a plus Work Environment Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays Fast‑paced setting with flexibility required during budgeting cycles and time‑sensitive projects Collaborative finance team with direct access to leadership This Manager of FP&A role is a strong fit for a finance professional seeking ownership, visibility, and direct involvement in business performance within a growing organization.
