  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to inform treatment planning.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that encompass their personal goals, cultural backgrounds, and unique challenges.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual and group therapy settings.

  • Provide crisis intervention services and timely coordination with other healthcare professionals to ensure a continuum of care for clients who are in acute distress.

  • Maintain precise clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

  • Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to manage their mental health effectively.

  • Engage regularly with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive support services tailored to each client's specific needs.

Qualifications\n

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
