Registered Nurse - Outpatient - Urology - North MOB

Overview Part-time and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus (available through 9/30/2026). This position is also referral eligible. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. Join our growing Outpatient Urology team. The RN will become cross-trained across clinic operations and telephone triage functions, building a strong foundation in comprehensive urology care. This position will transition to hybrid work following the completion of training, allowing team members to work both remotely and onsite. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm No weekends! No holidays! Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
