Quality Engineer

Role and Responsibilities Under the direction of the Production Supervisor , the Quality Control Clerk is a key role in ensuring and verifying the order information is correct and ready to be shipped. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client. Shift: 1st Shift - Monday-Thursday 4AM-2:30PM Hourly Pay: $18.20 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Checks all finished goods ensuring all the information on the pallet is/are correct before it is put away. Order verification (correct SKU, quantity, packaging, and quality) Review of production Bill of Materials to stock utilized. Review production job instructions to actual activities performed by staff (update/modify or suggest changes as necessary) QC inbound and outbound shipments/transfers Attention to detail and able to multitask. Quality checks all pallets or box orders. Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to transpose information paper to System spreadsheet or vice versa. Other Job functions or cross training could apply. Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent Used RF technology. Excel and Microsoft office REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. Self-motivated Ability to multitask. Flexible schedule a must Positive approach to assigned tasks. Team player Follows written and verbal instructions. Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
