Elite Welding & Industrial Services is a family-owned business that has experienced rapid growth over the last 10 years. This growth has allowed Elite the opportunity to move into new markets and expand our diverse and talented team.

We are excited to announce, we have an open Estimator / Project Manager position available and ready to fill immediately. This position will primarily be working in our Fabrication division and be responsible for estimating / executing structural steel work.

• Assembling a detailed estimate.
• Taking an estimate and creating an achievable execution plan.
• Determine the risk associated with a project and taking the appropriate steps to mitigate those risk.
• Keeping a project on schedule and under budget.
• Managing change orders, both delay changes as well as changes to the scope of work
• Coordinating subcontractors, equipment and material deliveries to the jobsite.
• Update project tracking reports on all re quired projects. Pm must be able to update Labor Performance Index (LPI), Schedule performance Index (SPI) and give an Estimated profit at completion weekly
• Developing and managing relationships with customers.
• Maintaining excellent communication with Owners, subs and vendors. Communication should align with contractual obligations including written communication.
• Tekla experience perfered.

Experience:

• Project management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Construction estimating: 3 years (Preferred)
• Tekla Power Fab: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
