1. About the Project & Organization

The role involves delivering live virtual sessions, facilitating AI-powered finance labs and case studies, guiding capstone projects, and providing ongoing learner support.

Requirement:-

7–10+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant financial-services role (e.g., financial analysis, risk management, FP&A, investments, fraud/AML, compliance, or related areas).

Demonstrated practical use of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Bloomberg AI/GPT, or Perplexity) in real financial workflows.

Working knowledge of key financial regulations and governance frameworks (e.g., SR 11-7, AML/KYC, Basel, MiFID II).

At least 2–3 years of experience delivering live virtual training or facilitating adult learners.

Proficiency with virtual classroom platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx) and interactive facilitation techniques.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools used in the curriculum, particularly Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, and SharePoint.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and learner-support skills, with the ability to provide clear explanations and constructive feedback.

Good to Have:

Experience training on AI in regulated industries.

Familiarity with enterprise learning platforms and global cohorts.

Your background in data operations and AI evaluation, along with your experience in structured data management, aligns well with this role. We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with substantial industry experience, hands-on expertise in applying generative AI tools to financial workflows, and a proven track record of conducting engaging virtual training sessions for adult learners.

About the Trainer

We are seeking a seasoned AI trainer who has experience delivering training programs to diverse audiences across functions and levels.

The ideal trainer should:

• Have over 10 years of training and facilitation experience .
• Possess at least 5 years of experience teaching and enabling professionals on AI tools and technologies .
• Demonstrate strong expertise across contemporary AI ecosystems and enterprise AI applications.
• Have an exceptional command of US English , with the ability to engage and influence audiences effectively.
• Must be able to develop content as per stakeholder needs
• Available to connect for internal discussions around the content, next steps, client interactions, etc. as the need be.
• Be highly interactive, engaging, and capable of tailoring content for varied learner profiles.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of the financial services industry and business functions, including but not limited to Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Generative AI and enterprise AI solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Power BI AI capabilities , and related productivity tools.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering engaging, hands-on workshops and training programs, both virtually and in person.
• Ability to showcase practical, finance-specific AI use cases and real-world business applications that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience training participants with varying levels of AI awareness, proficiency, and technical expertise.
• Good understanding of Responsible AI principles, data privacy requirements, governance frameworks, and security best practices.
• Ability to guide participants in identifying high-impact AI opportunities within their day-to-day workflows and business processes.
